At Malia’s Hula Halau, our stylish, well-appointed studios play host to some of the Madison area’s best instructors who offer basic hula classes to children, adults, and senior citizens. Our students learn basic hula steps, Hawaiian crafts, language, culture, implements such as the ipu, the pu’ili, and the ‘uli ‘uli. Whatever your passion, celebrate it at our studio! Our Facilities
At our studio we offer multiple spaces tailored to different types of dance. Our studios are equipped with mirrors and barres, to allow dancers to perfect their technique, and our modern and jazz spaces are fitted with special non-slip floors to protect dancers against injury. There’s also an expansive changing area on-site with spotless showers, as well as a snack bar and lounge for our valued members.
